One thing that makes us (JuliaCon organizers) come back to pretalx year after year is that it continuous to improve and our feedback is listened to!

Also - @pretalx has a great interface for reviewing talks; and when I found a minor UX niggle, I reported it and @rixxtr had it resolved in a matter of hours.

If you're a conference organiser who needs CFP management software, I can't recommend @pretalx highly enough.

We're using pretalx for PyCon UK and so far I have to say: I'm incredibly impressed. The talk review process is fantastic.

Shout out to @pretalx since their (opensource) CFP solution has saved us *so much* time vs building something ourself.

If you're organising an event with an open call, I can't recommend @pretalx enough for managing the process. Free/open source and so much easier than 'easychair' and anything else I've had to use.

Super impressed with the peer review management process, and scheduling was a dream as well!

Again, for anyone who does not know this, @pretalx is wonderful.

My best experience for applying for a speaker position has been @EthPrague! Great easy UI and clear details on what to do, and also not too drawn out!
