We provide an English translation of this document for your information. We try to keep this translation as accurate as possible. However, only the German version of the document forms the legally binding contract.

Changes

From time to time, we need to change our Terms of Service for various reasons. Since it's cumbersome to look for changes in long-ish PDF files, we uploaded the source files for our terms on GitHub. GitHub allows you to see the changes to this document over time, allowing you to see when each individual change took place.

Additional documents

If you use our hosting offer at pretalx.com, or our support services, our business relationship might be subject to additional agreements. Most of these will be private, such as our support contract, or our general data protection agreements.

Our support contract is mostly variable in the support hours included in the contract, our hourly rate for additional hours, as well as our response guarantees in hours, and our response channels.

Please also review our Privacy guidelines, which detail which data points we retain for different classes of users, and the guidelines we follow in storing, displaying, archiving, and deleting this data.
